Personal and Group Training

My passion is women’s health and fitness.  I want to help women to become stronger, fitter, faster and more confident and comfortable in their body type. I believe in a complete heart, mind, body soul approach to life and with my public health background, I “train for life”.  I am privately insured, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer.

4 Training Options ~ Rates Per Person*: 

1 on 1 Personal Training Rates: Starting at $70/hr

  • Packages available in 6, 12 sessions.
  • Training for 1 Person for 50-60 min. 30 minute sessions also available.


Bring a friend, or two! Small Group Training Rates: Starting at $40/hr

  • 2, 3 or 4 people per group
  • Packages available in 6 or 12 sessions


  • Cardio and strength intervals using bodyweight and dumbbells!
  • Plyometric movements, sprints, tabatas and other fun & crazy drills to mix up your workout routine so you can burn fat, tone up and build muscle.
  • Bring your own set of dumbbells btw 8-12 lbs, and/or resistance bands.

Taylor Park – Oak Park (4 weeks per session)

Monday 9-10am and Wednesday 9-10am ~ April 4th – April 27th (No class on 4/25 – rescheduled date is 4/26)

1 x week $65; 2 x week $125

We will be using the entire park! (Meet at picnic table)

Sundays at 2:30-3:30pm in the new school gym, or on hill weather permitting.

I have unfortunately only worked out with Ayesha a few times but the few times that I did were amazing. She incorporates different techniques and keeps u into your workout. She has given me plenty of advice on diet and excercise which I have used and is helpful. You can tell she is patio are about what she does and wants people to get results.
